winter trees

One of the challenges I have been finding as I try to take more pictures is simply identifying a worthwhile subject from my everyday surroundings. This afternoon I ventured out as the sun was starting to set but knew that the sunset was not going to be my subject. As I began my wandering I was captured by the contrast between the leafless neighborhood trees and the winter sky.
