A quick trip to the north end led to my first up close look at the old north church.
I like this sign
maybe I am still on a benches kick...
war memorial
the sky and the birds and the church
this is my attempt at doing something with my photos. my goal is to challenge myself to be more creative with how I view life through the camera. my plan is to present the photos in their original format with only minor editing. I'll do my best to update regularly and share some past work when I am not getting out often enough.

colors after work
With another big snowstorm hitting boston I figured I'd bring my camera into work in case I had a chance to take some pictures. I didn't take any pictures of the snow, but on my way to the T I was captivated by the coloring of the sky and was happy I had the camera.
winter trees framed an incredible sky the snow on the tree highlighted the color the hancock reflected the fading light

something a little different
I start nearly all of my photo adventures in cambridge, moving my way towards some unknown destination. Today I went right to the back bay area and looked to take some pictures I might normally overlook.
I usually aim to showcase color, but something about the collection of earthy tones here caught my eye the hancock building is a mainstay in my skyline shots, but here I isolated the building against the clouds instead of showcasing the pru and little pru from the river I took a closer look at their textures I don't focus much on residences but this picture has me thinking that doors could be a good subject for a photo shoot I like to feature more of a subject in my pictures, but I really liked the coloring of this wall though I'd never noticed them together, I was captivated by how these two buildings blended I don't particularly like this picture, but this doesn't really look like boston, right?
